Q: I purchased Monistat 3 3-Day Treatment Disposable Suppositories Plus Cream. Website description - This Combination Pack contains three soft suppositories with three disposable applicators and comes complete with a separate tube of external itch relief cream for fast relief of itching and irritation. I used the 3 suppositories 3 nights in a row but I have only used the external cream 3 or 4 times. Do I need to put this on twice a day to get rid of the infection or is this just if I am having itching and discomfort?

Q: I've heard a couple places on the Internet that you need to iron your underwear--or do something else that will use high temperatures--to kill yeast so you don't reinfect yourself.
